Product Description

2-Nitro diphenyl sulfide is an aromatic thio-ether in which a phenylthio group is located ortho to a nitro substituent on the benzene ring. The compound is air-stable, freely soluble in dichloromethane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and toluene, and essentially insoluble in water.

Internal standard for GC-MS quantitative analysis of nitro-thioether residues.
